The Tackley Horse Show was held again this year at the end of April.  The earlier date ensures our place in the equestrian calendar. We all enjoyed the good weather and another solid turnout, especially from local riders, was inspiring to see.

The profits from the Horse Show together with its sister event the Tackley Sheepdog Trials (which will be held on Sunday, 5th September this year) are given by the Show Committee to various local, regional and national charities. It is our priority to support the Tackley community and this year we have been able to give £2,500 to Tackley organisations. Also this year we are delighted to give our support to the Tackley Community First Responders’ Fundraising Appeal as they are trying to raise funds to purchase additional equipment.   

We are enormously indebted to all our sponsors, volunteers and helpers for their generous efforts in making the Tackley Horse Show and the Sheepdog Trials such a success. Without them it would be impossible to hold these events and we hope we can count on all their support at next year’s Show.
