The 2017 Tackley Wheelers season starts on Wednesday 29th  March  and will leave from the Village Hall car park at 6.45pm. Then every Wednesday evening thereafter until mid September.

Ahead of us is another summer of social cycling with Wednesday evening rides and the occasional weekend ride, with lots of chatting and socialising on the way to the villages and pubs we visit.

What is/are Wheelers?
Tackley Wheelers is more to do with socialising than cycling. We aren’t ’heads down bums up’ cyclists, but take our time when riding with lots of stops for re-grouping. To be inclusive to all-comers there will always be shorter rides (as well as a longer ride option when the days get longer).  No one will be left behind; there will always be a back marker to accompany slower riders.

Rather just have a drink?
If you're not wanting to cycle you can just pop into the Gardiner Arms on a Wednesday evening to enjoy the Wheeler's socialising, or drive over to the visited pub.

We look forward to seeing both new and familiar faces, young (and not so young!). For more information contact Rachel & Neil on 01869 331498.
